SpriteDX - Progress Demo

Had some chance to work on SpriteDX today and dropping a demo today.

  • Four stage pipeline all declaratively defined in pipeline.json.

    • Fill in the blank style reference character generation.

    • Multi-shot Animation generation.

    • Automatic editing of the shots.

    • Post Processing node to make the background transparent.

  • Every parameters editable in the Pipeline Board (with Easy/Advance modes).

  • RunPod Serverless integration.

  • (Not shown in demo) local ComfyUI server for local development.

This is all running in https://app.spritedx.com. Very rough around the edges. I don’t know how long I can keep it stable there but feel free to try it out!

Next Steps: Not sure, but I want to continue to polish things up. I think I want to expand this FITB style generation to allow for generating mechs, props and buildings.
