Yesterday (post), we built out 8-directional character generator and put up a open source project https://github.com/sprited-ai/sprited.
npx sprited build fairy -d "A small forest fairy with green wings."

It uses Nano Banana Pro for generation and then there is one more pass to fix any errors so ends up being 2 pass NBP pipeline.

We use SAM3 to detect mouth regions in video then create a polygon mask then we send it to shader to do flat masking. Yay! What is this for? I generated bunch of virtual avatar for our Monet character
