Opportunity Cost Mindset

Did I justify my opportunity cost when quitting my job? The opportunity cost of my employment was somewhere north of $200 per hour, and how do I ever justify that I can get out there and beat this number?

This $200 hourly salary means I should be generating at least that amount of value per hour. Does writing this blog post for 20 minutes generate $200? No, obviously not. Coding something of value that millions of people can use probably will. I need to be hyper-focused and intentional and use my time really wisely to ensure it creates value.

Now that I’m here, one thing is for sure: contemplating and hesitating to go left or right won’t help. No more searching for options and trying to weigh the pros and cons. Action is the only path. Trust your gut. Build. Iterate. Move.

This is the mindset I’ll operate under at Sprited:
Am I creating $200 of value this very hour?
