We use SAM3 to detect mouth regions in video then create a polygon mask then we send it to shader to do flat masking. Yay!

What is this for? I generated bunch of virtual avatar for our Monet character and we are trying to remove the mouth so that we can place rigged mouth that we can use for lip syncing similarly to how it is done in Silly Crocodile.

Make it feel more alive!
