Introducing Butler 🍷

Sprited now haas a financial entity. Its name? Butler.

What is Butler?

A company can’t stand without stable cash flow and solid accounting. Butler is Sprited’s internal finance and investment arm. Its mission is simple:

  1. Maintain a precise ledger

  2. Invest company capital with long-term vision

  3. Handle tax strategy and optimize returns

  4. Hedge against pre-revenue risk

  5. Think like a quite co-founder—with compound interest in mind

  6. Be the grown-up in the room, so the rest of Sprited can keep playing

While creative side of Sprited builds, dreams, and experiments, Butler keeps the lights on, files the tax forms, and grows capital in the background—like a true professional butler: reliable, invisible, and ruthlessly efficient.

What does this mean?

Right now, Sprited’s finances are mixed with my personal accounts. I don’t plan to untangle that immediately.

Step 1: Set up a Google Sheet (or something fancier) to track all cash flow.
Step 2: Open a brokerage account under the company name and start investing a small amount of capital.

That’s it for now. Nothing huge changes, but from this point on, if you see “Butler“ pop up in blog posts, you’ll know what it means. I’d rather type “Butler“ than “Sprited Financial Department“ every time I want to talk taxes or investments—it keeps the vibe alive.
