1.  **Post-Driven Development (PDD)**: You have to post first then follows the development. Post daily even if it is not about the company.
    
2.  **Find a Cofounder (FAC)**: I am a builder-focused founder, I need to prioritize people first.
    
3.  **No Way Out (NWO)**: A friend once told me, if you have a mental leeway out you won't be able to do things. I am not going back to corporate job ever. There are things in the world you would only be able to learn if you commit.
    
4.  **Reply Within Minutes (RWM)**: In high pace environment, it is critical to be able to think on ones feet and reply within minutes.
